The plan is simple. Joe Biden meets Vladimir Putin in person and kills him with George Washington’s sword. The sword is at the Smithsonian, so we need that, but if we get enough votes I’m sure they’d lend it out temporarily. If Biden is successful, we put him on Mount Rushmore. That’s the deal.
