Charles Chanda has been scamming many Zambians by selling them plots and shares in emerald mines. He seems untouchable because despite being arrested on several occasions, he has still continued selling plots.

His victims are usually defenseless people who go into depression after he fails to refund their money. For many years, victims have been crying for justice, but some of his cases are taking longer to be concluded. We are petitioning President Hakainde Hichilema to Set up a commission of inquiry to investigate Charles Chanda's land and emerald businesses to prevent other Zambians from becoming victims.

We are also hoping for a quick recovery of the money that the victims have lost through these land deals.
