In the recent COVID-19 outbreak, with stricter measures Post Natal Massage has not been listed as essential service. In light of this measures, we hope that the government is able to review and add this as essential services.

Massages are essential for the well-being and health immunity during post partum. During the later part of pregnancy, most body parts are swollen and water retention may also occur. As the mother begins to breastfeed, she may also suffer neck stiffness, back pains and shoulder tension. Confinement nannies tend to advise new mothers to have it all taken care of as if in the event tensions and pains are not managed on time, they may result in chronic pains. Other social and mental problems may result to occur if these pains are not managed as well.

Not any individual can do this but only certified and professionals as it involves the woman's reproductive system that is sensitive and may cause harm if not handled properly.

We can make necessary safety protective measures for both customers and masseuse if need be.

We hope that this will be given consideration to be part of the approved essential service for the wellness of new mothers to recuperate smoothly.
