Ross did not recieve a fair trial and the sentence he received is outlandishly unreasonable. He's a victim of a corrupt justice system. He should be released immediately. Please review this case, President Trump! A good man with so much to offer is locked in a cage.

Non-violent people do not deserve the excessive punishment that Ross has been sentenced to. Ross have done nothing different than free market pioneers before him, individuals that have paved the way for the economic tradition we can enjoy here in the United States, where market actors can innovate and trade freely, which has lead US to become the strongest economy in the world.

Please free Ross. He does not deserve this inhumane and unjust treatment.

Ross never committed a violent crime and simple made a website. For that, he got double life + 40 years. The drug war has put many bright young men and women unjustly in a cage. Ross deserves to be free and, hopefully, the correction of the injustice will help free more innocent individuals.

Ross Ulbricht's sentence is wholly disproportionate to the nature of his actions. Such egregious punishments for non-violent offenses erodes public confidence in—and respect for—the law. For Ross's personal sake, and also to restore a small bit of lost trust in our justice system, commute Ross Ulbricht's sentence.

Mr. Trump, I acknowledge that prison sentences for convicted criminals may not be cruel per se. But I find anyone who would support Ross's sentence based on his conviction to be entirely unreasonable. To a reasonable man, even regardless of ones position on the legality of drugs or illegal internet commerce, Ross's sentence is obviously both cruel and unusual. Please commute Ross's sentence to time served.
