Joe Smith started this petition to Governor of the State of Alaska Mike Dunleavy and

"We the People" petition to hold judicial officers to include judges, prosecutors and court administrative personel and law enforcement or designated peace officer, accountable both criminally and civilly liable for their abuses of the public trust to uphold and provide for due process and equal protection under the law.

That no judicial officer may, by any means deny, deprive, interfere, negate, void or nullify these rights. And that doing so should be a felony . And that any complaint of violation of such rights shall be mandatorily investigated and prosecuted if such offense occured.

That prosecutorial discretion be nullified in any case involving violations by judicial officers of any capacity so that the rights of the people shall be upheld.

And that judicial immunity in all forms be nullified for such offenses, so offenders may be held liable to the fullest extent of the laws of the United States and the States individually, both criminally and civilly.

And that state or federal employees be denied representation by the federal goverment or state goverment attorney general offices respectively in any civil litigations brought against them for violations of rights of the people.

And that all violations by judicial officers , in any capacity of these or any rights as garunteed by the Constitution of the United States of America or the Constitution of any State respectively carry a minimum 5 year sentence.

And that all comllaints for deprivation or interference of rights must be investigated and prosecuted as the evidence allows.
