James Alexander Jr. started this petition to President Donald J Trump and

My name is Pastor James E. Alexander Jr., of Abundant Word Ministries, located in Henrico Virginia., I am writing this letter requesting the release of Ronald Mark Harrison #22507032, currently incarcerated in FMC Lexington, Kentucky. This request is due to two major issues. The first would be the current worldwide pandemic that we are facing with the Covid -19 Virus, the second would be addressing a issue that may be just as polarizing in and of itself as the Covid -19 Virus.

Request Issue 1. Per request and written letter by Attorney General William Barr to all Federal Institutions of Incarceration as well as State and Local Municipalities. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 Virus due to the lack of space for proper *Social Distancing* Attorney General William Barr requested that all Institutions of Incarceration, follow the Mandated request of relocating, transfering, moving, releasing all incarcerated individuals that were considered, *Non Violent Offenders*, and *High Risk Health Offenders*. This request was written with mandates to prevent those Candidates from attaining the Covid-19 Virus based on CDC guidelines. These guidelines which are listed on the CDC Web Page, are listed as, individuals with underlying health issues, 1. Asthma, 2.Chronic lung disease, 3. Diabetes, 4. Serious heart conditions, 5. Chronic kidney disease, being treated with dialysis, 6. Severe obesity, 7. 65 yrs of age or older, 8. Long term care facilities/nursing homes, 9. Immunocompromised, 10. Liver disease

According to Ronald Mark Harrison #22507032/FMC Lexington, Kentucky, medical records, Mr. Harrison suffer from three of the above underlying health issues, which are, 1. Asthma/Sleep Apnea, 2. Chronic lung disease, 3. Immunocompromised. These three disorders are also listed on Mr. Harrison documented health records in the possession of FMC Lexington Kentucky.

Request Issue 2. Per information provided by Mr. Harrison #22507032, it was stated that he in fact did meet all of the requirements for release, however, due to a Mandatory Sentencing Guideline of 85%, time served for a Federal Criminal Offense, Mr. Harrison #22507032 does not qualify for Compassion Release.

Ronald Mark Harrison #22507032, is a First Time Felony Offender, that had never been incarcerated or in trouble of any sort all of his life. Just as in every criminal offense, there is always a victim. In being convicted for "Straw Purchases" Allegedly selling (Fire Arms), to a known Felon, Ronald Mark Harrison #22507032 is actually the victim. It's a known fact by all that were involved in the investigation of Mr. Harrison #22507032, that there were a number of mitigating circumstances that clearly pointed to other than what Mr. Harrison #22507032 was convicted of. There were social issues, that were not addressed, there psychological issues, that were not addressed, there were financial issues that were not addressed, there were drug addiction issues that were not addressed, and there were co-dependency issues that were no addressed.

I would gladly like to set down with President Donald J Trump, Attorney General William Barr, Senator Mitch McConnell, Senator Joe Biden, Senator Bernie Sanders, Governor Andy Breshar, Reverend Al Sharpton, Reverend TD Jakes, Reverend Jessie Jackson, Reverend Jamal Bryant, Activist Van Jones, Gospel Singer/Activist Kelly Price. And ask the question, Is a "Death Sentence" appropriate for a First Time Felony Offender.

There are a number of issues with sentencing guidelines for First Time Felony Offenders. There are a number of Amendments that are currently being addressed by the Supreme Court regarding sentencing guidelines for First Time Felony Offenders.

This petition is requesting that all those who may be concerned with a loved one incarcerated in a prison facility that is a host for Covid-19, and or may also be a victim of sentencing guidelines, that are proving to be unconstitutional;

I, and his family respectfully request that you sign your name in agreement to immediately release Ronald Mark Harrison #22507032, from FMC Lexington, Kentucky.

Sincerely

Pastor James E. Alexander Jr.- Abundant Word Ministries
