More black owned businesses in malls

More black owned businesses in malls
Why this petition matters
South Africa's retail industry is led by white owned businesses that have been in existence for 50 - 100 years. Retail companies such as Woolworths, Shoprite, PicknPay, are amongst the leading the leading retail companies in Africa and the world.
Their long reign is accredited to the Apartheid regime that cemented a legacy of sustaining whites and whiteness, their dominance in Africa is proof that whites still benefit from the structures of the Sramble for Africa.
In effort to bring equality and equity to the land of South Africa, we demand that 50% of all 2000 shopping malls in South Africa to be occupied by black owned businesses and the government of South Africa to subsidize their rental space.
This transformation will see the beginning of justice for black South Africans, the youth will be inspired to start their own businesses knowing that there's enough room and space for their entrepreneurial careers. The country's economy will boom in an equal direction and the natives of the land will start to see the rainbow of this country.
We ask the government of South Africa to spearhead this transformation with intent and duty for the people of South Africa, we cannot continue serving what kills us. To the Cabinet of South Africa, it is time to bring justice to the land.
