We need the President to address the issues that are occurring in the disadvantaged communities. It is those same communities that Pres. Obama was working in that made him decide to run for President. What did he see then, the changes he wanted to make at that time, that made him want to run for President. After serving almost two terms, has he done anything that he thought could or should be done, when he decided to run for Pres. at that time?
