Shame on the entire fall Covid plan UPenn. This appears to just be a money grab while putting the safety of our children at the bottom of the list. other institutions are making tuition financial adjustments, what is wrong with you. This parent of a freshman (a minor too) is tempted to pull the plug on her enrollment.

I will be a junior this academic year. After going through the transition to online classes in the spring, I, along with other believe that the quality of education decreases with online learning. I think valuing our college tuition with a premium price considering a deteriorated learning experience and limited access to campus facilities is not justified. Please re-evaluate the tuition price.

I am signing because I am outraged at Penn for slamming the parents/students with a tuition hike in these very troubling times. We are all suffering. The leadt you could do is be understanding and support your atudent population. Instead, you are trying to ram a hike down our throats when we already are overburdened with numerous decisions and financials problems. Please reconsider this and do what is right by your students.

By reducing costs to the parents, Penn would be acknowledging that regardless of how well
Penn adapts to a hybrid or remote learning environment...it is NOT the same! This is the right thing to do!
