Preserve our Community and Oppose a Cell Tower in Tower Lakes

Preserve the Natural Beauty & Property Value of Tower Lakes
Two beautiful lakes, heavily wooded rolling hills and a vibrant, active community are what make Tower Lakes a rare natural oasis in a heavily industrialized world.
As concerned Tower Lakes residents, we reject any rezoning that would facilitate the construction of a cell tower on Paddock Lane or any other part of Tower Lakes.
We oppose a cell tower anywhere in Tower Lakes for four reasons:
1. The Cell Tower will reduce the overall property values of the homes in Tower Lakes.
2. The looming Cell Tower threatens our Quality of Life by obstructing the natural beauty of our environment.
3. The 2010 Comprehensive Plan done by the Village of Tower Lakes clearly states, "Residents do not support cell towers." This statement is as true today as it was in 2010, so why would we accept anything less than the status quo?
4. Safety of our Water Supply and of our Residents. A cell tower on Paddock Ln. could fall in extreme weather conditions and cell towers also attract more lightning. A collpsing tower through the water supply could be catasrophic and could harm people and permanently contaminate our drinking water supply.
Every voice counts. Please sign the petition and join us at the June 25th Public Hearing at 7p @ Lake Barrington Village Hall, 23860 N. Old Barrington Rd., Lake Barrington, Illinois 60010
