We the undersigned homeowners of the Preserve at Beverly Crest support the petition to amend the rental/leasing restrictions in Article XII “Rental of Units by Owners” of the Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions; for the purpose of enhancing, maintaining, and protecting the value of our investment in the Preserve Community.

We are requesting your support to amend the Preserve at Beverly Crest Restrictions to include a mandatory 24-month waiting period on rental/leasing the home after purchase to help ensure the homes in the neighborhood are predominately owner occupied. 

The amendment will apply to all lots which are subject to the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the Preserve at Beverly Crest. Any lot which is conveyed after the amendment, becomes effective immediately and will be subject to the mandatory waiting period and enforcement of the same by the Preserve at Beverly Crest Association.
