Many residents of Renfrew County, particularly Pembroke, Petawawa, Chalk River and Deep River, are without a primary medical care provider. A significant number of those who do not have a primary care physician are military spouses/family members. Many have been on a waiting list for several years for a family doctor. For those of us without a doctor, RCVTAC has not only been a critical medical support service, but also our ONLY service. If you would like the Ontario government to consider continuing to fund this crucial service that has helped Renfrew County residents without a doctor to obtain medical services & keep our emergency rooms available for true emergencies, please take a moment to sign this petition.
