Currently off work due to a bully. Have been trying to get the service to deal with this issue for 3 years. The response was to appoint the bully to my station.

Ambulance officers have seen enough, suffered enough and had to deal with so much without the help or worse a lack of understanding and assistance. Time to fix the issues that are causing so many cases of mental health problems, especially those that lead to people feeling that the only way to deal with their problems is suicide. Help needs to happen now before we lose more vital members of our community.

The ambulance service has held me in limbo for the past four years while they dick my family about. Their management needs to be fixed from the top. They need to get rid of the old boys school mentality

Bullying and harassment is endemic in ASNSW. The royal commission needs to happen. Being a paramedic is hard enough without having to deal with inept managers .
