My widowed mother is 84 and is benefitting greatly from services that are provided. How unfair is it to deny these people assistance after all the years they put in, making Ontario such a great province to live in. Is this just?

I don't need the service right now, but who knows what's ahead. What are these people to do since there isn't enough spaces in affordable Long Term Care. Why does the government always take benefits away from people that have voted all their lives, and have given so much.to our country. Is it so they have more to put in their own pockets?
