We demand that gyms be allowed to stay open, and have the same capacity restrictions as other essential stores.

Global data indicates it is rare to have COVID-19 transmissions in the gym. Gyms have been following a very strict protocol of distancing and cleaning of equipment. Can other corporate stores say the same?

While allowing larger groups of people into big box stores during times of limited gatherings, we are severely restricting access and even CLOSING our local gyms when people need this type of exercise most.

This does not make sense. There is no data to support the current practice and therefore must be changed.

Gyms must be declared as ESSENTIAL SERVICE now.
