As of May 4th 2020, the Province of Manitoba will begin Phase One of re starting the economy. As Hair Salons and Massage Therapists are included in Phase One, Body Modification Studios have not been included. This is an inherent bias as Body Modification Studios already are equipped with the PPE REQUIRED TO REOPEN AS WELL AS THE KNOWLEDGE TO APPLY SANITIZATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH  PUBLIC HEALTH PROTECTION. This is backed by the fact that we are required to certify every three years, by exam, that contains extensive questions on cross contamination, supervised and provided by the Province of Manitoba.
