Every hospital I have visited for fertility scans have been in the antenatal ward. For over 18 years I have had issues with fertility, endometriosis, PCOS, CN3 cells, bowel and bladder problems all of which are related to infertility. Every single time I have had to attend an appointment, it has been in the same ward as pregnant ladies. As happy as women like me are that these ladies are pregnant, we do not want to be sat waiting for a scan to tell us AGAIN, why we are NOT pregnant and probably never will be. 

There is not enough empathy around these issues in hospitals and a separate ward AWAY from antenatal would ease so many emotions when attending appointments. 

Thousands of women I speak to feel the same and can not understand why there is not a different ward for these situations. They are triggered every time they go up to the hospital as they have to share a waiting room with ladies that are expecting. 

I have spoken to so many women who agree there should be a separate ward and things need to change!
