We have power cuts for more than 8 hours atleast monthly yet we religiously  pay for our electricity. 

We have kids in  University   who study from home via WI fi, without electricity they miss online classes. We also work from home, without  electricity,  NO WORK NO PAY

WE SIMPLY PAY FOR A SERVICE WE 'RE NOT RECEIVING
