Why this petition matters

We all know that poverty is one of our country's most serious problems. It has long been seen as a major societal issue that required immediate attention. Our country was one of Asia's poorest nations. The effects of overpopulation expansion, lack of quality education, unemployment, and the inescapable issue of corruption have all contributed to our country's growing poverty. Poverty has been handed down down the generations as a result of these issues. And, as time goes on, the number of people living in poverty in the Philippines continues to rise. and the Philippines' poverty rate is rising.

Many Filipinos are jobless, have no permanent address, and can't even finish a meal in one day. Our fellow citizens have worked hard to survive and improve their lives; some impoverished children have crossed rivers, mountains, and other obstacles to attend school, and some of them are now working to support themselves. Yes, our government has taken steps to address this issue, but it is insufficient; it has not reached impoverished people, particularly those who live in rural areas or in mountains. Our government's platforms, strategies, and other Operation Plans (OPLAN) are insufficient to address the country's poverty problem.
Our organization believes that we can make a difference on our own, thus we invite you to join us. Let us utilize our collective voice to STOP Poverty and END Poverty in our beautiful Philippines. UNITY IS CAPABLE OF ENDING INCONTROLABLE POVERTY.
