Fairer treatment for Post Office workers.

I have worked for the Post Office for a number of years running a small village Post Office, I used to be proud to work for them but over the last few years I have had my loyalty severely tested. Just recently I received a letter stating that they would be cutting remuneration yet again. This is despite the fact that they already pay below minimum wage. We were also threatened with closure about a year after opening due to their "modernisation" scheme, this is after we had spent £11000 refitting the branch at their request. This job has pushed me to breaking point, so much so that I was actually hospitalised a couple of years back which I have still not fully recovered from.

It is abundantly clear that the Post Office does not care about the people who work for them and will continue to treat us like dirt unless we make our voices heard.
