15 décembre 2018 le Cese ouvre une plate forme internet où chaque citoyenNE peut déposer une contribution en vue de débats nationaux organisés en 2019 suite au mouvement des gilets jaune.

18 décembre 2018 Alexis Corbières déclare à la chaîne LCP à propos des RIC que tous les sujets pourraient être visés, y compris le mariage pour tous.

Ce même jour en réponse à cette déclaration, le parti politique La Manif Pour Tous tweet : Panique à bord ! Finalement la Loi Taubira ne serait pas si populaire que ça ! On s'étonne...

2 janvier 2019 Le Collectif ONLR déposé à 00h23 la contribution suivante sur la plate forme de consultations du CESE : ABROGATION DE LA LOI TAUBIRA, sans rapports avec les revendications des gilets jaune, celle ci recueille un nombre total de votes pour de 5897 voix.

6 janvier 2019 Virginie Tellenne, alias Frigide Barjot, admet avoir trusté ces débats pour faire de cette proposition la numéro 1 du site.

7 janvier 2019 Cantal Jouanno, responsable de l'organisation de ces grands débats en 2019, déclare : Le mariage pour tous pourrait faire partie du grand débat national.

Pour rappel, le conseil constitutionnel a validé cette loi le 17 mai 2013, mettant fin aux recours possibles des opposants à ce droit. 

Trop nombreuses sont les tentatives de retour sur les droits humains consacrés, ré ouvrir un débat sur le mariage pour tous c'est à nouveau libérer la parole homophobes, lesbophobes, transphobe, biphobes. 

En signant cette pétition, je sollicite  l'interdiction d'un quelconque débats sur la loi TAUBIRA aussi appelée MARIAGE POUR TOUS

As a reminder, the Constitutional Council validated this law on May 17, 2013, putting an end to the possible recourses of the opponents to this right.
 
Too many attempts to return to consecrated human rights, reopen a debate on marriage for all is again free speech homophobic, lesbophobic, transphobic, biphobic.
