There is too many Uni buildings in Portsmouth, and we need PCC to stop building more. What we need more of is accommodation for the homeless etc not university students. There is a lot of families still on the waiting list waiting for housing, which we need more of, not bloody University buildings. They are taking over the city and we need to stop this.
