The Portland Trail Blazers made the decision to move on from NBC Sports Northwest in an effort to join Root Sports for televised Blazers games. This decision has proven to be very confusing. How do I get Root Sports? The only options I’ve found is to overpay for DirectTV or AT&T TV (A $65/$95 monthly cost).  Root Sports only option to possibly stream them on YouTubeTV, Hulu Live Sports, Sling TV, Fubo TV, etc. is by telling you to ask those streaming services yourself! And it’s not even guaranteed. This is, as their 1.3/5.0 stars on the App Store suggests, absolutely lazy and the only conclusion is that we are being forced to overpay for a service many of us will only use for the soul purpose of watching our HOME TEAM play, and I think it’s a scam. We deserve a service that will work for us, not a service that makes us work for them! So Root Sports, I’m calling on you to make the changes we deserve! NBC Sports NW was on other streaming services, what makes you more exclusive? Many of us never even heard of you until recently, and I’m not sure I wish I had.
