Growing up, the Cajun Chicken Sandwich was a family favourite. I remember the love I had for this sandwich. It felt like a warm summer day. In 2020, Popeye's Canada made the disappointing decision to replace the iconic Cajun Chicken Sandwich to replace it with the "Famous Chicken Sandwich." Supposedly, this is the same chicken sandwich that drove our American neighbours crazy. Upon my first time trying this sandwich, my only thoughts were - I'm never eating this again. With further investigation I realized that nobody actually likes this sandwich. It's meant to be healthier but it tends to be greasy, has nothing to offer except a single pickle, mayo, and inedible chicken. 

It's time to bring back the fan favourite - we deserve to eat at Popeye's again without feeling disappointed.
