I felt the need to start a petition to bring attention to the lack of adequate network service for our rural area in southwest Arizona and on the Navajo Reservation.

Our areas have poor service and run on LTE coverage on most days. We experience dropped calls, calls cannot connect, texts don’t go through and lack of network connection for the internet.
We’ve made numerous calls to Verizon with suggestions of purchasing additional equipment like boosters to increase the reception and tickets place to evaluate the tower space etc., also suggestions to purchase a higher plan to prioritize our calls over others but no guarantee to provide stable service.

 To this day we continue to pay the full invoiced bills for for subpar service. We’ve escalated our complaints to managers at different levels without any offer to offset the bill or monthly credit for the lack of consistent service.
Verizon’s motto is pay for what you need, but we pay for what they can’t provide.

Our rural communities shouldn’t unfairly be charged for receiving subpar services. Help me bring attention to our issue by signing the petition in hopes that corporate Verizon will fairly act upon this issue and stand by their coverage advertising.
