The American Inn & Suite has undergone change when Reynolds Realty Advisors took over on December 31, 2021 During this Change this management company has illegally thrown people out the hotel refused to except rent. They have committed a federal offense by returning mail back to the post office and not allowing the residents an opportunity to go through it. They have also neglected to provide residence with clean towels toilet paper bedsheets for maid service. They have not properly evicted residents by the proper channels instead they use Pomona Police Department to remove paying tenants from  there home. Reynolds’s Realty Advisors needs to be Investigated due to the poor ability to communicate with the tenants at the American inn and suites. Per California code of regulations Trisha be a 24 hour on call management and there is not they have no on-call management or housekeeping or maintenance is a violation of the California Code 25 ccr 42. There has been Residence locked out of the rooms to the next day because they’re unable to go to the office and receive a new key for the room this is also illegal and unprofessional. The community is requesting for a change and to Remove Reynolds’s Realty Advisors also for them to be Investigated and illegal activity they have committed.
