In my opinion we live in a world of over-censorship by the FCC.  We live in a world of smart devices that can filter almost anything. Let's take action to allow for the right to listen or view how the artist created it to be appreciated.  We have had a rating system in place for years.  It is time to instill a filtering system on devices that allows me to choose what is edited out of a programs content, not some bureaucrat somewhere.
