People are not safe from rapists or pedophiles. This petition is to make a public list of molestors for each province.  As well that they are banned from getting gender changes, name changes, moving out of province, and no facial surgery to change their appearance. A public warning when a molestor moves into a new town.  A multiple perpetrator must have a tracking devise. 
As well ten years imprisonment minimum for one offence, lifetime for multiple offences.
