Make the BBC go pay to view or like ITV and find other means of funding. Other TV channels sky, Netflix, etc etc. You pay for. CHOICE, pay or not to view. With the BBC you don't have that CHOICE even if you hardly ever watch it if at all. It's not right that you have to pay to watch other channels and then have to pay for a TV licence. 

Times have changed and it's just another tax in my opinion.

Scrap this TV licence for all and give the public the choice as to whether they wish to pay to watch BBC channels
