We would like to petition the Government to lower or remove the restrictions on Ukrainian families fleeing the War in Ukraine.

We would like to see a process where Uk Families who have the accommodation space and the willingness to be able to offer refuge to Ukrainian families and also be a guarantor for those families.

These families should also be given the chance to work in the UK to support themselves until such a time they want to return to Ukraine or seek asylum in UK.
The Government really need to step up now and show its leadership to support these people in real need, these people are not economic migrants but are fleeing actual war.

If agreed this approach would also need to be acted on quickly and red tape bypassed to provide help immediately.
