I am an ex smoker of 12+ years. Smokers WILL make a plan to get cigarettes. They are available at stores that are trading anyway, just open up the sale of them.

I feel it make sense to quarantine the sick not everyone. Do proper testing to establish who is sick and not, they already had 2 weeks to test people and isolate maybe work with different areas and test them gather data and stop putting sick and not sick together. What if an infected is in a house with their families for 5 weeks surely they will spread it to all of them.
