The democratic functioning system in India should be changed to safe guard the system gifted to us by our forefathers. All ills in the present are due to the non participation of political parties in legislatures. Only individuals are calling the shots . Hence all ills . Instead of individuals of all shades, political parties sponsoring them must be made accountable & responsible to the voters & legislatures. Then democracy will be safe in this huge country. For this , more & more people should come forward and sign this petition and petition Govt of India . As an amendment to constitution is necessary . Shri Narendra Modi , PM is the right person  to bring necessary revolutionary changes in the system .
