Stop spiking in pub/night clubs

On the early hours of Sunday 27/2/2022 My Daughter got spiked via injection while in a well knowing Night Club in Dunfermline and ended up unconscious. When coming in and out of consciousness she often felt like she could not move properly or talk well and was very vulnerable. Two security staff from the club came out and looked at my daughter and were heard saying “oh just another Saturday night” and walked back into the club. Fortunately one of the security staff realised something was wrong and stayed with my daughter along with a small group of people until myself and the ambulance arrived making sure my daughter was safe. In this situation my daughter was very lucky that she’s recovered and had very nice people helping her but the next victim unfortunately might not be so lucky.
Innocent people are getting spiked in pubs / night clubs from either injection or from people putting substances in their drinks. This needs to stop! Security staff of the pubs and clubs need training to know the difference between someone just being drunk and someone that’s been spiked. People need to be searched before entering pubs and clubs to ensure similar situations never happen to anyone else!
