While working out the country with the armed forces my now ex partner removed thousands of pounds from my bank account with internet shopping paying of loans in her name i knew nothing about paying of her brothers court fines, lied about being pregnant for 9 months, never informed the council offices that she lived here only filled the form out as I lived here and left in debt with court appointed balifs now threatening me with court action removing my property and arresting my bank account. Recently she has also started to spread rumours that I had failed to turn up to the baby's funeral as I said she wasn't pregnant
How ever the police are not going to charge her in any with anything claiming it to be civil matter. The bank will refund my money if I get a crime number but I'm unable to so as the police will not charge her as she had access to my documents while I was away and we where a couple at the time
Claiming its my word against hers. So leaving me about to loose everything I had worked hard for with no inclination of what was going on while she is living debt free please please help me and others that are in this situation
