Son assaulted by Police Officer father body slammed to the ground.

Cps advised if not coming home to me they would have put him and younger son in protective custody. Advised to get a protection order. Criminal case pending in prosecutor's office.  Judge denied order to protect even though assault was on video. Children refusing to return to fathers. If they refuse his dad will ask that I go to jail and a judge advised in past if kids refuse an order can be signed to force them at gun point by law enforcement if needed. Decade of assaults, threats, stalking, abuse for myself and children but in a system that will not protect us. 

Prior history of recording he could get away with my death, felony dv and burglary, assaults, dui, alcohol to minors, fired from police agency for not helping dv victims. History of dv treatments not attending classes. History or alcohol treatment and not attending classes.
