This a petition to get Keean Hopwood on the sex offenders list and charged for what he’s done, he touched up and took advantage my friend and other people i believe, they need justice and its unfair how he’s gotten away with it, he’s old enough now to go on the sex offenders list now, so there shouldn’t be any problem with taking this further.
