Sheku Bayoh was a father of 2 young children. He was brutally murdered by multiple police officers in Fife, Scotland. The family never got justice. The family never got the clarity they deserved from the situation. This was also unfair because he wasn't carrying a weapon and had no criminal history. The report that lead to his death was the call of a bystander who told the police that there was someone running around with a knife. However, this is purely circumstantial evidence making it more of a reason not to persecute, let alone kill Sheku Bayoh. The inquiry was lead by a retired judge making it hard to believe that the judge was fit to make the right decision. The victim that called said in his statement that he didn't see a knife and he also stated that he felt an enormous blow to the back of his head but he couldn't see his attacker. The reality is that there was only one person that died that day. His body was covered in cuts and bruises. The victim that called said Sheku appeared incapable of doing anything aggressive. Therefore, this makes it less credible that that man he described was the actual attacker.
