As a Fellow Indian, I am concerned with the Gross Negligence & Inaction of the State Administration, towards extending Moral & Financial Support to the Unnamed Labourers, who unfortunately, for no fault of theirs, had to pay with their lives, due to Gross Violation of Safety & Security Norms, which are Mandatory requirement for any Organization, which is involved in any type of Construction Activity in India.
MW High Tech Projects India Pvt. Ltd., is a fully owned subsidiary of MW Group, which is a 3-4 Billion USD Turnover German MNC, & is Registered under the Companies Act as well as under Shops & Establishment Act, employing over 5000 employees (Permanent as well as Temp) carrying out Construction activity building Factories & Offices, currently head quartered at Hyderabad (then Head quartered at Chennai).
These Poor Unnamed Labourers death was concealed intentionally with malafide intent, to ensure no untoward reputation damage to the Group as well as to the Client - Michelin Tyres.
The biggest Criminal Act was the illegal disposal of the dead bodies of these unfortunate unnamed Labourers, who had no one to support their cause.
While the FIR was registered at Chennai, immediately after the Accidental death of approx 8 - 10 Labourers, due to intense Social pressure, no subsequent action was taken by the Local Police as well as the State Administration of Tamil Nadu.
We strongly feel that this was carried out due to the immoral nexus between the Corporate House, State Police Department, State Administration as well as the Local Political Forces.
MW Group's wrong doing came to light after Whistle Blower Mr. Abhishek Kumar Mishra, HR Head reported this to authorities. After this was reported to PMO and other authorities, towards end of 2016, MW Group's Global Management Team approached Mr. Abhishek, through the Indian Leadership Team (Mr. Vikas Parikh, India Compliance Head). To meet Mr. Abhishek, Global Leadership Team Members (Mr. Alexander Moray, Legal Counsel - APAC & Mr. Anil Chanana, MD - India) met Mr. Abhishek at Hotel Hyatt, Delhi on 6th June, 2017.
Mr. Abhishek, by then, had informed authorities, including CBI, about the case. With guidance of authorities, the meeting was recorded and then video was handed over to CBI on 9th June 2017.
We are posting here relevant portion of Video where Managing Director, India Mr. Anil Chanana along with Mr. Alexander Moray (Legal Counsel - APAC) is denying voluntary disclosure of killings to appropriate authorities. CBI can not take cases from Individuals and needs instruction from Govt or Supreme Court.
Hence this petition is addressed to PM Mr. Narendra Modi, to order probe through CBI, which already has relevant evidences.
People who were Son to a Mother, Husband to a Wife and Father to growing up Kids have literally vanished in thin air, due to the Malicious & Malafide intent of the MW High Tech Projects India Pvt. Ltd. Leadership Team. These Grieving Mothers, Wives. Kids have their Constitutional Fundamental Right to know the whereabouts of their loved ones, who are missing in action for the last 3 years+.
It's an Appeal to all Indians as well as Humanity across the Globe to extend their unflinching support to this Noble & Humane Cause, so that Natural Justice can be Accorded to the families of these unfortunate & unsuspecting Souls, whose dead bodies were disposed off illegally to hush up the case & thereby protect Powerful Global Brand Image.
Rise & Shine Fellow Indians & Global Humans - It is your Moral Conscience, which needs to stand up & support the cause by signing up the petition.
We expect atleast 1 Million Signatures to be send across the the Honorable PM Mr. Narendra Modi.
