Deepak Ashwani started this petition to PM Narendra Modi and

“It is the over reaction of our OWN weakened and dysfunctional immune system attacking tissues and cells of our own body that harms and kills, versus the virus – be it COVID-19 or any other virus.”

- Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, MIT PhD, Founder – Systems Health

Healthy individual's immune system processes pathogens with a natural immune response, however those with pre-existing conditions are immune-compromised – elderly and those with pre-existing diseases, their own immune systems may overreact.

We build the diseases with what we eat, drink, think, breathe, feel and believe them into existence. We work hard at developing our diseases. We must work just as hard at restoring health. Our immune system can be boosted by consuming plant-based food – fruits and vegetables primarily which creates an alkaline environment in our body.

Remember, you are the author of your health or the author of your sickness. Choices do have consequences! And, Ignorance has NO excuse!

Sign this petition asking the Central and State Governments to coordinate and use this opportunity to widely spread this message by ads, public places, hospitals, etc. The steps taken to boost your immune system as mentioned by renowned doctors such as Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury are as follows. The Government also have to design their guidelines that people can voluntarily adopt to follow.

  1. Eating fruits (mainly citrus), vegetable juices and coconut water (minimum 400 gram) before your meals.
  2. Spend at least 30 mins in sunlight every day.
  3. Avoid consuming any animal products (meat & dairy).

Signing this petition will help to reduce the over-burden in the hospital during the COVID-19 crisis and it will also help to deal with reducing any lifestyle diseases to make India healthy and stronger.
