Victoria Park in Devonport, Plymouth is unsafe during early/ late dark nights. Poor lighting. 

After seeing a few social media posts of woman attempted to be grabbed and other woman feeling unsafe at these times I feel that Plymouth city council could help!

Let's keep our local area safe so woman can walk to and from work safely!
