Ian Poyser started this petition to Plymouth City Council

Residents using Steer Park Road are concerned about road safety. We demand that Plymouth City Council:

- Resurface and make good Steer Park Road and Greenwood Park Road. The road surface has deteriorated over the last 25 years and is now becoming a risk to road users, including cyclists.

- Consider the installation of illuminated speed warning signs and road markings  for vehicles approaching Periwinkle Drive roundabout. Cars have been observed approaching the roundabout at excessive speed.

- Consider the removal of the parking bays opposite the Chaddlewood Pub service junction to improve the flow of traffic.

- Consult with residents about the introduction of a 20 MPH neighbourhood zone.

These improvements will go along way to reducing the likelihood of accidents, reduce congestion particularly for buses, make our neighbourhood safer for children and pets.

Please sign the petition so that Plymouth City Council listen to our demands and take action!
