Lieutenant Commander Robert Charles Keating (b. 1926, d. 1970) served the US Navy during World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Cuban Missile Crisis.

LCDR Robert Charles Keating was killed in action, lost at sea in 1970.  
He has been omitted from the Vietnam War Memorial in Oil City and Franklin PA and his family has joined to advocate for his immediate addition to these memorials.
