Maha Hashim started this petition to KHR Landlord and

King Henry’s Reach is a special and secure residence on the riverside front in Fulham. It has been so since it was completed in 1996. We have been used to the community being a safe place for our families from young to old. The concierges and on site manager are a part of the KHR family and we as residents refuse to have this changed. The old intercom system was not working and it compromised our ability to communicate with the concierge directly and so we were unaware when contractors turned up or when packages are delivered. This new intercom system is NOT to be a replacement of the concierge staff and on site building manager! We want to feel secure 24 hours per day with the ability for someone to record the comings and goings of all cars and persons into and out of the property. They are there to also record any issues on the property and maintain the security. Having the concierge gives us peace of mind if unwanted visitors attend the property at any time of the day. It reducing the risks of crimes as the desk and CCTV is manned 24hours. Before allowing entry to the property the flat residents used to be contacted and this is what should resume with the new system. This gives security to all the residents of all ages.

The new intercom system has not yet been activated to allow communication between flats and the concierge and this absolutely CRUCIAL. The staff are our KHR family and we do not accept any changes to be made to our safe, secure, special, prestigious community! Please sign the petition so we can pass it on the landlord and Burlingtons that we do not want to have the 24hour concierge or on site building manager removed!
