March 8, 2011 Scott Osborn age 29, 6’1 and 250 pounds severely assaulted Neng Yang, who is 5 feet. Neng Yang accidentally ran over one of Osborn’s dogs that chased his car. When Mr. Yang realized he hit the dog, he reversed his car and apologized to Scott Osborn, who was with his young son. Mr. Yang offered to pay for the dog repeatedly but Scott Osborn attacked Mr. Yang. After assaulting Mr. Yang, Osborn took Mr. Yang’s hand and said, “We’re cool, now don’t do anything stupid.”
Mr. Yang injuries include shattered bones to his face, two broken ribs and bruises on his leg. According to his daughter, Pashia Yang, Mr. Yang has plates in his cheekbones, a reconstruction nose, and his jaw had to be shifted because it was not aligned.
According to the sheriffs, Scott Osborn admitted to hitting Mr. Yang one time. Scott Osborn said he was afraid for his life and that is why he assaulted Mr. Yang.
