My name is Sittichai(first name) Anantarangsi(Surname). I am a non-famous democratic activist from Thailand. In Thailand, I had jointed several activities to demand to stop some inhuman laws of conservative dictatorship regime and coup d'etate of military dictatorship regime. I had fleed from Thailand to Japan since 2014. And in 2015, I had applied the refugee status recognition application at Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau as according to advice of JAR(Japan Association for Refugee).

Since I have lived in Japan. I also keep doing some activities individually on internet, especially on Facebook platform to anti the military dictatorship regime and conservative dictatorship regime in Thailand. Which my aiming is to change Thailand to be a real democratic country.

I had submitted more than one hundred pages of documents to Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau to prove that it is very dangerous for me to go back to Thailand currently. Because it is surely that if I had gone back to Thailand now. I will be arrested and prosecuted. Also the chance is highly to be killed inside of prison by regimes of military dictatorship and conservative dictatorship in Thailand.

Some interrogations during my first time of refugee status recognition application. One Japanese male official had shouted at me and said I lied to slander to the nice king of Thailand such as king Bhumibol(father of current king of Thailand, king Vachilalongkorn). No matter how hard I had tried to explain that I had not lied at all. But that Japanese male official seemed to not listen to me.

On the result announcement date. One old Japanese woman as the Thai language translator had shouted at me and said Thai king is very nice. Why I anti to Thai king!? She also said, government of Japan had not given the refugee status to me because I don't respect to king of Thailand. The result announcement letter came out. Inside the letter said, I cannot get refugee status because I have slandered to monarchy institute and royal family members of Thailand. Once, I had done an appealing to explain. I said and wrote every thing based on evidence. Especially, documents. Therefore, I never have lied and never have slandered to the monarchy institute and royal family members of Thailand. But the announcement letter from the appealing stage just said that I am not a refugee only. So, I don't know whether Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Justices of Japan had don everything faithfully or not?!

To avoid being forcedly sent back to Thailand. I had applied the second time of Refugee Status Recognition Application. But Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau has not allowed me to work in Japan legally. It seems that Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau just aiming to force me to do some illegal action in Japan and use it as an excuse to forcible send me back to Thailand be prosecuted there.

As long as I am in Japan. There is a risk that Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau may detain me whenever they want!

Therefore, please help me to get visa to live and work legally in Japan or send me to third country where is a developed democratic country that I can trust the safeness.
