Our youtube account has been wrongly removed due to the Youtube "Impersonation policy" We believe this is a error or mistake here because we work for the Pressplay brand now for 3 years, only we are the Dutch branch of it. We work hard to follow YouTube's rules and in the three years we've published over 200 videos with over 20+ million views, we've never had a strike or warning about the Youtube Impersonation Policy.

We're trying to figure out what actually triggered the error here, and here's some things we've come up with

- We have videos where we use the pressplay thumbnails, logo, name or series like any branch off a brand does.

- We have the same logo and partly use the same name, only we have the NL behind it because we are the Dutch version of it as agreed.

As you can see here we can understand that it has caused confusion. With this explanation you can see that we work for the Pressplay brand and that we would never violate Youtube's impersonation policy.

We would never start a branch of a channel/brand if we didn't have permission to do so and if we had done that without permission then Pressplay Media would have had the channel removed immediately and not Youtube itself after 3 years.
