We, a big group of students, researchers, graduates, and Iranian applicants for further education and scientific work in Iran, call on the institutions organizing international tests, especially ETS, TOEFL, and GRE to maintain access to these tests for the Iranian people.
For many of us, these  scientific tests are not a simple commercial or leisure service; they are a gateway to continuing research and scientific work at the international level and building a better future.
The people of Iran, especially the youth, are currently living under severe economic and social pressures, and many are facing heavy restrictions and pressures in their lives and studies. It is not fair that their access to international scientific education and opportunities is also limited and that another suffering is imposed on them.
Young people who want to learn science, conduct research, and contribute to the global scientific community should not be victims of political tensions between governments.
We urge ETS, international universities, international education organizations, International Human Rights Organization and relevant authorities to take every possible and legal action to preserve access to international academic tests such as the TOEFL and GRE for students, researchers, and other qualified individuals in Iran.
Education and science should be a bridge between people, not a victim of political tensions.
