Neighbors ignored to bring a huge PUD with 571 units (not people) and 250 (current employees not future) to a mature developed neighborhood.  There is just enough room for a driveway and the PUD wants to connect their parking lot system to it!  We the neighbors do not want this because they told us in the meetings that "the developer would appreciate our support and their development would not affect the current neighborhood"  however, they have decided it is less expensive to connect their emergency exit to our homes.  The glitch is THEY CAN CHANGE THIS EXIT AT ANY TIME AND USE IT TO FLOW PEOPLE FROM THEIR PUD AND AS NEIGHBORS WE HAVE ZERO SAY UNLESS YOU HELP OUR  VOICES BE HEARD! We as neighbors do support them and their development we just EMPLORE them to do the ALTERNATE ROUTES AVAILABLE TO THEM  and leave our small quiet neighborhood alone!  HELP us be HEARD! and Thank you we will help you if a huge PUD comes to your back door!   

Please sign below.  I as a member of Dubuque, ask you, the City Council and Mayor Boul to oppose the adjustment to the PUD known as Ordinance 29-20..  I ask the developers of this land to please use an alternate path and not disrupt this 70 year old established neighborhood.
