Police brutality isn't just physical violence. A human being should not be afraid to advocate for themselves.Living daily with the constant fear of loosing your freedom inflicts severe emotional and psychological trauma on the human psyche. Idaho is plagued with corruption in its correctional sytems. In Idaho there is no governing body in charge of the oversight in the ethics and behaviors of probation and parole officers. We don't disagree with the issue that dangerous people need to be supervised for a period of time, however there is a desperate need for a system of checks and balances that monitors those who's job it is to monitor criminals. For people on probation or parole, the only means of speaking up when your civil and constitutional rights have been violated is a primitive grievance and appeal form that goes directly to their supervisors and colleagues, falling on uncaring ears. Because of this, many of the people on probation and parole are very afraid to speak out when their rights and quality of life are threatened and often violated. As we have seen time and time again in this country no lasting changes can occur when the police police themselves. A former prison guard, Valley County, Idaho probation and parole officer is someone of great concern in regards to his use of discrimination, ethics, behaviors, human, civil and constitutional rights violations. During the COVID 19 pandemic officer put numerous peoples health and lives at risk by ordering them to do nonessential tasks and forcing them to disobeye the Governor's stay at home order. is a sadistic fear monger who gets great enjoyment by making people's lives unnecessarily difficult just to enact his agenda of hate. A true "bully with a badge" who abuses his powers. He constantly threatens people with sanctions when no violation has occured. Anyone who speaks up against him is met with retaliation by harrassment, fabricated violations, fabricated positive or diluted urine tests, mandatory house arrest for late cost of supervision payments, etc, etc. All under the guise of him simply "doing his job." He has sexually harrassed people, preys on people who don't know their constitutional rights, harasses people with unannouced home visits in the wee hours of the morning and night, day after day. He humiliates and shames people defimating their character by constantly contacting hard working people's employers, doctors and families. He puts great limitations on where people can be employed, live and be in a relationship with. is the epitome of everything that is wrong with the prison for profit system and injustice. His other tactics of oppression and tyranny include: Forbidding people from being self employed.  Falsifying reports to put nonviolent offenders back in prison. Ordering people to get rid of their pets. Harrasment and discrimination based on their gender and beliefs, especially women. Forcing people to stop taking desperately needed mental health and pain medications, despite having no formal medical or pharmacological training. During the heat of the Summer, mandatory, random drug tests take place at least twice per week and on days that folks must test,  he has verbally ordered them to not drink water 2 hours before the tests!  Acording to a "diluted" test is considered to be a positive drug test, resulting in harsh punishments such as house arrest for a minimum of 30 days.Some of the  people on case load are employed in outdoor, manual labor intensive jobs working in the hot sun during the hottest times of day and forbidding people from drinking water has caused dehydration and other dangerous health issues such as great risk ofheat exhaustion and sun/heat stroke. We consider this a dangerous and cruel abuse of power.

attempted and failed to have a capable and hard working mental health and substance abuse counselor's license taken away by contacting the state board of mental health professionals. A counselor who has helped hundreds of people and saved several lives. All because they wouldn't tolerate his injust treatment of their clients and forbidding the patients from taking mental health prescriptions. This oppressive, sexist monster operates entirely on his own agenda without any oversight, accountability or fear of repercussion.  We beg of you now to help give a voice to those who have none. People who already have had many of their rights taken away such as their 4th amendment rights to unlawful search and siezure.
