My two girls are stuck in the Philippines, two years ago I applied their British passports but were denied because their mother was married to another person who divorced in 2008. As their biological father I decided too apply their citizenship which I did last January 2022 and they had their biometrics in Manila February this year.

Last month their mother was jailed on my insistence because she attacked my youngest daughter Charlotte with a pair of scissors and smashed up the mobile phones I supplied them. Thus ever since I have been running two households during these hard times in the UK. 

Suffice to say I got onto the British citizenship adjudicator (very hard to contact) and after two weeks of constant writing I received a letter informing me that my girls are British Citizens by birth.

As I have been in touch with the London consular services for the Philippines since the mother has been jailed I pleaded with them to give both girls a ETD (emergency travel documents) but they are insisting on a formal letter from the Home Office saying that they are British Citizens and would be entitled to a British passport, the Home Office say as they are British Citizens by birth there is no official papers on to prove this until they apply for a British passport.

I have tried to apply a British Passport for them again but because they are overseas this will take 28weeks... plus all their supporting documents are somewhere between the UK and the Philippines due to the wrong name being put on the pouch.

So what I am asking is this, "The Home Office to Kindly give in Writing the Requirements that the FCDO need in which to Kindly Issue both girls ETDs so they can travel to me by October 5th"

The longer these Minors stay in the Philippines the more danger they could be in, they are aged 16 and 14 girls without any adult supervision and who knows when their evil mother maybe released, they should be with their father to be loved and protected asap.

I cant see no reason why two British Government institutions cannot liaise with each other in the modern age.

Please help me to help my daughters by signing this petition for their travel documents.
